What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the job (not applies to renovation cleaning), please let us know as soon as possible and we will send another cleaner to your home to finish the job at no cost!*
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please call us as 012-2037166 or drop us an email with picture attachment as proof at email@example.com within 24 hours after your cleaning session.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
Before 12:00PM the day before : 100% Refund
On the same day : No refund
1. You may cancel you booking by informing us via Call / Whatsapp / SMS or to our live chat agent.
2. Email & Facebook message/comment will not be considered as cancellation notice.
3. Rescheduling is considered as cancellation. Refund will be provided and a new booking will need to be made.

How do I know that my booking is successful?
After you make a booking, you will receive an SMS once a cleaner has accepted the your job request.
You may also check the status of your booking online at our website.
What should I do after my booking? How do I know if a cleaner will be coming?
Once your booking has been received by us, you can just sit back and relax. You will receive an SMS update within 24 hours from us once a cleaner has accepted your request and say hello to a clean home!
How long should I wait for the confirmation of cleaner?
24 hours. Should there be no cleaner available, we will send you a cancellation SMS after 24 hours. Should you are willing to wait longer, reply back to the SMS with the message OPEN. Call us directly if you want to reschedule to to other dates.
